John Wayne Gacy Levels of Depravity are Being Inflicted on Palestinians
As long as we continue sitting idly by, passively accepting these depravities as they unfold, the inconceivable hell that awaits our children will be a damnation entirely of our own making.
"It's horrifying and you know I've got many friends who were arrested around October 7th and then released gradually, the last one being Bassem Tamimi, and you know their stories, rampant stories going on about all kinds of horrific sexual abuse."
According to Israeli dissident and activist Miko Peled, the leaked videos and testimonies out of Israel's vast network of clandestine torture facilities resemble the audition tapes for a snuff film directed in one of the lower dungeons of hell. Palestinian prisoners, robbed of the most fundamental human rights, are sadistically raped, electrocuted, strung up from ceilings, and reduced to primal wails of agony. The kind of intensely sadistic abuse one rarely hears about outside of crime documentaries detailing the almost unbelievable, evil torture acts inflicted on kidnapped victims for days before their eventual deaths - the depraved acts of serial killers like John Wayne Gacy.
It is not a response to a provocation. It is policy. The rape of a Palestinian prisoner on CCTV footage was not a crime for Israeli pundits and politicians but an acceptable form of punishment for the regime's “untermenschen”. As Miko Peled says, "There's nothing new about the news."
The Israeli Settler State is in a Relationship With Rape
The depravity of the collective Israeli consciousness, one heavy with jāhiliyyah— a term coined by Muslims, conveying ignorance, barbarity, and moral vacuity — was captured when one of the nation's celebrities went on Israel's Channel 12 to defend the use of rape against Palestinians. Peled notes that while this naked endorsement of sexual violence caused outrage after being translated, the pundit's true regret was letting his brutality be broadcast to the outside world. "He regretted saying it because it was translated into English and he said ‘that was absolutely not my intention’," Peled remarks.
What we are watching being documented is the emergence of an entire society violently divorcing itself from the norms of human civilization through the systematic dehumanization of the Palestinian people. Just as the Brazilian beauty industry is in a relationship with laser hair removal, the Israeli settler state is in a relationship with rape. Sexual torture of the occupied is merely one grotesque expression of the Zionist ideology which renders Palestinian bodies subhuman, expendable, and perpetually available to violence and sexual humiliation in service of the depraved desires of Israeli settlers.
Beyond Mainstream History Books: The True Face of Colonialism
The sadistic cruelty on display serves as a searing window into the atrocities and depravities that European colonial powers have routinely inflicted upon non-European peoples over the past 600 years. These are not mere isolated acts of abuse, but part of a long and harrowing trail of bloodshed, rape, torture, and subjugation spewed forth from cultural bedrocks poisoned by the toxic ideologies of racism, white supremacy, ethnic cleansing, violent dispossession, and the displacement of indigenous populations.
Those who foolishly claim colonialism and slavery are relics of the past that we must "move on" from would do well to silence themselves in abject shame. For the harsh reality is that most former colonial powers and their ruling economic elites remain actively complicit in perpetuating the genocide, torture and systematic rape of indigenous Palestinians today.
This ongoing atrocity exposes the persistence of the colonial mindset - it was never merely a regrettable chapter resigned to history's archives. No, the racist supremacist ideology that enabled centuries of murder, land theft and ethnic cleansing remains disgracefully embedded in the cultural psyche and foreign policy establishments of the modern West.
The same moral cesspit and depraved rationalizations that once sanctioned the industrial-scale oppression of colonized peoples globally now prop up a 21st century apartheid regime carrying out strikingly similar crimes against humanity. The harrowing realities unfolding in occupied Palestine lay bare how little has fundamentally changed - the unfettered subjugation of indigenous populations is still revered as a permitted colonial prerogative.
This kind of centuries-old cultural sadism will not suddenly cease, as if by divine intervention. As Miko Peled grimly observes:
"You know South Africans didn't suddenly stop being racist, but they were brought to their knees and faced with a new reality - they had no choice. And a generation later, people were like 'Oh well, you know, the sky hasn't fallen. Mandela wasn't that bad after all.'"
For the racist ideologies ingrained in Israeli society to be uprooted, they too must be defeated, forced to reckon with the immorality and unsustainability of their present course through deprivation and moral shame - only then can the long process of rehumanization begin.
Without facing its own reality, a reality of defeat, deprivation, and moral shame, Israel will remain a racist, heavily armed blot on the human species. For many modern Israelis, however, any pretense of being a civilized society has been discarded. As Miko Peled observes, the new class of Israeli politicians "are Zionist and religious, so they wear the kippah and have a connection to God, where the older generations were secular and kind of believed themselves to be socialists." Shedding the façade of their predecessors, these racist zealots make no attempt to obscure the fundamentalist ethno-nationalist beliefs that guide their genocidal policies. Their Zionist ideology is now unvarnished - a terrifying hybrid of Jewish (Ashkenazi-white) supremacist fanaticism sanctified by supposed divine mandate.
Live Streaming Rape for Israeli Minister Ben-Gvir
These religious zealots, like the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir, openly call for the physical extermination of Palestinians and a Greater Israel stretching from the Mediterranean to the Jordan river. The stench of their genocidal rhetoric comes from the same sewer of hate that birthed the Nazi death camps, the American Indian reservations, and other European atrocities against Indigenous peoples - the product of an ideology that sees certain ethnicities as feral cultures unworthy of equality, land, and ultimately life.
Horrifyingly, reports have even surfaced of Israeli soldiers allegedly live streaming the sexual abuse of Palestinian prisoners for Ben-Gvir's gratification - a sickening manifestation of the perverted dehumanization that triggers sexual arousal out of such abuses. The finding that the minister may be deriving perverse pleasure from the sexual exploitation of his victims lays bare the immoral sadism underpinning the Israeli occupation's brutality.
"The [Israeli] fascists use the oldest trick in the book," Peled observes, "to reduce your victims to something subhuman, in this case comparing them to animals. The Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, classified Palestinians in Gaza as 'human animals' when calling for starving them all."
While Israeli leaders rhetorically debase Palestinians to the level of rabid beasts, their forces murder them through industrial violence, saturating the densely populated open-air prison of Gaza with 2,000-pound bombs, airstrikes, and the denial of food, water, and medicine.
Hamas Engages in the Most Sacred of Callings: Resisting Evil
When confronted with demands to condemn armed Palestinian resistance against the unfolding holocaust in Gaza, Miko Peled thunders, "How can you call this irresponsible? This is the responsible reaction when genocide is occurring." He argues that the Palestinian actions on October 7th exemplify the rallying cry echoed at every protest - "They shut down the apartheid state for months, and it still hasn't recovered." In Peled's view, forceful resistance was not only justified but necessary to disrupt the genocidal policies of the Israeli regime. When faced with an existential threat, the Palestinian people had no choice but to take matters into their own hands through armed struggle to protect their very existence.
Those who look away from Gaza's slaughter, or worse, condemn the victims, align themselves with history's most grotesque evils. To be a bystander to the collective rape, torture, and slaughter of a people is to be an enabler, one who quietly empowers genocidaires. The so-called ‘civilized’ demean themselves by demanding that the Palestinians accept their open graveyard in Gaza with total submission. To resist evil, on the other hand – to refuse to embrace the moral perversion of the subjugation and dehumanization of others – is the most sacred of callings.
Yet the usual chorus of Western heads of state, who preen as potentates of ‘human rights’ and ‘democracy’, remain disturbingly silent - their empty rhetoric reduced to trite laments about the "cycle of violence" between the perpetual victim and perpetrator. Rage is never permissible from the oppressed against their oppressors, even as those oppressors marshal modern weaponry for an industrialized campaign of ethnic cleansing.
"The condemnation is reserved only for Palestinians who dare to fight back," Miko Peled bristles. "I have never once heard demands to condemn those who fought for democracy against authoritarianism in Latin America, Europe, and South Africa."
This abject hypocrisy exposes the hollowness of their stated values. While celebrating resistance to dictatorship elsewhere, they stigmatize the Palestinian struggle for self-determination as unacceptable "violence." For the West's elite, Palestinian demands for basic human rights threaten the apartheid regime's enforcement of Jewish (Ashkenazi-white) supremacist domination over the native population. Their silence is a resounding endorsement of Israel's brutal subjugation.
Perhaps this double standard represents the most damning indictment – that while sadistic violence against Palestinians is tacitly accepted, any resistance against it will not be permitted. Such complicit passivity in the face of overt genocidal atrocities has become the price of entry into the exclusive diplomatic club of Western discourse, a sacrificial offering expected of Palestinians to appease the egos of Zionist ideologues and their enablers occupying 10 Downing Street, the Élysée Palace, the White House, and other Western ‘bastions of democracy’.
What We Allow Now Defines What Will Become
"The Israelis need to be stopped," Peled cries out, his voice echoing the anguished truth. But who will stop them? For at least the last 75 years, Western powers have chosen to barter away the lives and rights of the Palestinian people for their own strategic expediency in the Middle East. With every generation, Israel's subjugation becomes more acute, more brutal, more malignantly intransigent – a poison metastasizing from father to son, fueled by the insidious conviction that this ethnic cleansing, still unfinished, must be completed at all costs.
If we, as onlookers, cannot summon the courage to excise this evil from our midst, we will be sanctioning the normalization of the very injustices that no moral society can survive. The ruling classes have demonstrated time and again their eagerness to unleash similar depravities and state violence upon their own populations when their grasp on power is threatened.
The signs are already there - the creeping normalization of militarized police, mass surveillance regimes, the prison industrial complex and the utter disregard for the plight of the common people. Make no mistake, our rulers will not hesitate to inflict upon us the same brutalities they have systematically perpetrated against the Palestinian people if we fail to demarcate this as a line that cannot be crossed.
Our collective inaction has left us utterly impotent against the malicious, vengeful evil that our rulers are willing - eager, even - to unleash upon any population that dares defy their insatiable pursuit of power and domination. Despite our oft-proclaimed anger, we have demonstrated an unforgivable inability to effectively counter any of the atrocities and crimes against humanity perpetrated in our name.
And as long as we continue sitting idly by, passively accepting these depravities as they unfold, the escalating, inconceivable hell that awaits our children and future generations will be a damnation entirely of our own making. It will be an eternal condemnation that we have righteously earned and solidified through the unforgivable sins of cowardice, willful ignorance, and abject complicity.

Regardless of who you are, to what religion you hold or don't hold, your sex or gender, your age, political affiliation, your status, wealth or role, where you live or anything else about you, if you are not enraged by Israeli genocide in Gaza; Israeli illegal settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank; the disdain shown by Netanyahu and those who support him and his policies which contravene human rights, and disrespect the UN, the ICC and the ICJ; and the obnoxious disregard for simple compassion and caring for Palestinian people - on whose land they live - then you are complicit in their inhumane, cruel, arrogant, intransigent and corrupt actions.
No rational, reasonable, intelligent and humane person can justify support for Netanyahu's criminality and monstrous viciousness which rivals that of Hitler and Stalin. - Yes, it does. Indeed, the callous disregard shown by the Israeli leadership and many Israeli civilians, let alone the savagery and brutality of many within the IDF, is impossible to reconcile with the experiences of Jewish suffering during WWII. If there weren't live coverage and outstandingly reliable and reputable witnesses on the ground who have verified the Israeli atrocities, carnage, & malice, it would seem inconceivable.
Netanyah is a criminal. Those who support him are just as guilty.
The US government has lost any credibility left to it as a leader of freedom and justice in this world by providing money and arms that are the tools of this despicable and virtually unspeakable carnage.
ALL those who value human life, equity, equality, respect for others and who hold the belief that all people ought to have the right to freedom and dignity, shelter and food, and the simple right to a safe and free life should stand up and be counted in opposing Israel's unmitigated aggression and genocidal attack on the Palestinian population that is being implemented in the most callous and cynical way.
I am a nobody but, for what it is worth, I am disgusted and outraged not only at the outrageous actions of Israel but just as much at the hypocrisy of so many other world leaders, commentators, or individuals who choose to either excuse, ignore or speciously attempt to give justification to Netanyahu and his government's actions or that majority of the Israeli population who support Israel's outrageous slaughter of Palestinians, 70% of those murdered being women or children.
Israel has gone beyond the pale. Israel is now a rogue state. If there remains any authority in the United Nations and belief among world leaders in the sanctity of life and preference for peace, then that they stand up together and put a stop to this carnage is long overdue.
Such important points, and it's so hard to know what to do. I read that one third of people around the world are boycotting products from Israel, and that's a great sign that lots of people are doing what they can to stop this.
Colonialism is so ingrained in our ruling class. It's shameful that so many politicians send money and weapons to Israel, despite the atrocities they're committing.
We need systems change. This is unacceptable.
